Public housing project with three 28 floor towers, perched atop a car garage substructure. Each tower contains 190 apartments. A playground is located at the center. Dragoljub Micovic, the architect overseeing construction, named the towers after his home town Rudo 1–3.

In use, dilapidated and run down due to lack of maitenance. Smaller renovations have been carried out since 2004, but there is no money for a major restauration.
