  • In the Recoleta neighborhood of Buenos Aires, a building with a restrained rectangular volume rises above the city, supported by four structural elements. It was designed by architects Clorindo Testa, Francisco Bullrich, and Alicia Cazzaniga after winning a national competition in 1961. Construction was completed in the 1990s. The structure is made of reinforced concrete, and its concept aims to connect the exterior and interior by creating a fluid spatial experience.
