A monumental, on-site cast exposed concrete building of cubic form with a strongly sculptural design. It was built in the 1970s to house the laboratories of the state health authority.
Above the ground floor, the building had no windows; instead, it featured a grid-like relief pattern with recesses converging diagonally. 

Demolished in 2025 (last updated on April 15, 2026).
