  • The complex houses the municipal administration in the high-rise and a swimming pool as well as the auditorium in the hall building.

  • From 2000 to 2002, the building was renovated by Rolf Mühlethaler. Since 2003, the complex is officially heritage protected by an agreement dated September 2, 2001.

In December 2017, the municipality has initiated an examination on the buildings' need of renovation plus a study on their future concepts of use. A first result was that the concrete of the high-rise's façade has to be renewed. Another focus were the stressed cables of the hall's roof: If they would be in bad condition, the municipality was willing to consider demolition. So far, however, it does not look as if this will happen. However, the renovation measures are still pending and have not yet been implemented (last updated on February 15, 2025).
