The building is perched on a steep slope which is spectacularily compensated by very tall, slender stilts, allowing for a common main level. Structure and raw materials are particularly celebrated in this building. On the exterior large precast concrete surfaces alternate with iron and glass elements. Inside spaces are articulated and segmented by exposed strucual elements.
