Three buildings connected together form the town hall. Horizontal concrete slab bands alternate with glass bands, sometimes wider and sometimes thinner, and run across each of the buildings, wide concrete surfaces form a calm contrast. On some facades, vertical transverse concrete beams form light protection in front of the window areas.
