The main façade of the compact, almost cuboid building is covered with large, projecting concrete reliefs. The projections and recesses break up the strict volume of the structure.

Severely damaged 1992–1995 in the Yugoslav Wars. As a result, an associated residential tower was demolished due to safety concerns. Derelict.
