The sculpturally designed building for the Residence of the Embassy of Iran is characterized primarily by the use of brick and various concrete elements tapering to the sky.

After standing empty for several years, the Embassy building was purchased by Chartwell International School, and renovated and remodeled inside for the purposes of the Lower Secondary School. The Brutalist appearance of the building has been preserved.
