Elongated building in exposed concrete, stepped over three levels. Characteristic are the rounded corners, which give the building a certain dynamism.

Between 2011 and 2013, the exposed concrete façades, some of which were very dilapidated, were painted white. In 2012, the slate panels that clad parts of the façade were also removed, while the plan for further renovation measures was still unclear. At the time, the building was considered to be under threat. Today, however, the building still appears to be in use. 

This building was included in the red list, published in our exhibition catalog SOS Brutalism: A Global Survey (September 2017). After a status review on September 23, 2024, it is still classified as red (endangered) in the online database.
