Multi-family houses in park-like surroundings. The whole estate consists of four differently designed apartment buildings made of exposed concrete showing diverse variations of sculptural Brutalism. Atelier 5 makes a point of designing the transitions between public and private areas. The housing has apartments in different sizes, a few offices and a swimming pool.

In use and in good condition. Partially rebuilt. Renovation of the concrete in 2002. The entire estate is not a national monument, but is a regionally important cultural asset with official protection status (category B) in the Swiss inventory of cultural assets (last updated on August 4, 2025).
