  • Bergisch Gladbach-Refrath, Germany, Show on map
  • #COM #Western Europe
  • The Bethanien Children's Village disposes of fifteen pavilion-like children's houses out of red brick and concrete elements, one monastery building and a concrete chapel. Like a real village, the individual houses are organized around an oval square with the chapel in the middle.

  • The architecture of the Children's Village is listed as Momument of the City of Bergisch Gladbach since 2011. Partial renovations on façade (last updated on June 9, 2024).
