Ceremonial Hall with a star-shaped floor plan and characteristic façade that looked as if numerous concrete beams had been stacked on top of each other like wooden sticks. The window panes peeked out in the spaces between them.

On the 1st of May 2025, Community Member Toon Welling noted that the building has since been demolished (last updated on May 23, 2025).
