The 12 apartments each feature a different floor plan.

The exterior is heritage protected. One of the flats was renovated in 2018 by Stefan Wülser Architektur. Part of the remodeling was the exposure of the original cement floors which had been covered by wall to wall carpeting against Zwimpfer’s wish in 1973.
