72 m high rise building embedded in a campus of various lower buildings (sports, dining hall etc.) Owned by Federal State of Germany.

Empty since 2010 due to contamination with PCB. Concrete slabs have started to fall down from the façade and had to be disassembled. Now, the building is waiting to be demolished. First parts have already been dismantled and removed in 2022. Following a clean-up and disposal of hazardous substances planned for 2024, the high-rise building is to be completely demolished (last updated on February 7, 2025).
