The sports complex consists of several parts of the building: an event hall with 3,000 seats and a stage, a flat, laterally attached entrance area, an administrative wing orthogonal to the inner courtyard, and behind a swimming pool with a sauna and fitness center. The supporting structure is based on truss girders, which not only create space, but also represent a striking element in the exterior façade design. The construction is considered a type design. Its basics can be found in a multi-purpose gymnasium in Sankt Petersburg and a swimming pool building in Kharkiv.
