Not everyone would primarily think of a residential building. sculptural concrete elements "stick" to the facade and function as balconies, the light supply or as window frames.
On the backside there is the parking garage which also appears to be located between the floors of the residential building.

Most of the surfaces were covered or painted, so that apart from the forms, not much reminds of exposed concrete. Heritage protected since 2017. Mural added recently (last updated on May 7, 2024).
