  • The church was designed by Arrigo Arrighetti in 1964–65 and built in 1964–66, together with the social housing complex Sant'Ambrogio I. The concrete church stands out for its pyramid shape and for its roof, a tensile structure covered with prefabricated slabs. Its uniqueness lies in its shape, reminiscent of a tent, the symbol of welcome. The very high triangular façade is perforated by small colored glass windows. From inside you can enjoy a spectacular play of lights and shadows. The interior consists of three spaces leading to the liturgical hall with the altar, designed by Arrighetti, and two side chapels. Light is provided by two colored bands, small windows on the façade and side openings.
