With its almost windowless concrete walls, the PCI (Partito Comunista Italiano) building looks like a bunker-like fortress. Although the overall shape, which is based on a square floor plan, appears monolithic, it is divided into an L-shaped structure and a set, prismatic volume with sloping walls. Narrow horizontal slits and deep incisions structure the façade.
