Red outside, green and yellow inside. Aluminium cladding adorns the concrete building on the outside and inside. The diagonally staggered façade characterizes the building. The protruding spikes appear almost dangerous. Expressively, some floors protrude and are stabilized by concrete columns, others are set back. In the interior, the individual floors are staggered one above the other, creating high and low ceilings supported by massive concrete columns. In 1975, the building won the Cologne Architecture Prize.
