Educational and official use. It hosts the headquarted offices of the institution together with training and educational facilities which implant over generous public space. Functions are separated in two buildings, the higher one hosts the classrooms and the offices of the institution (seen here in the pictures), while the lower one concentrates the workshop areas for printing and mechanics. Art was integrated to the public space as an invitation to come to the complex. "Architecture without urban design doesn't exist", in words of Sanabria. He considered that art was necessary in this complex to accentuate the expression of its function: education and culture.
This building was awarded Municipal Award of Architecture.
