Exposed concrete church, sitting on a stair base, resting on curved beams which are holding the top-heaviness of a concrete cube. Inside, concrete pews have been covered by grey carpets.

The sacral building was the epitome of change, resulting from the Second Vatican Council. It also served as a backdrop for some of the biggest vietnam protests in the country which took place on the University of Wisconsin's campus. 

The church was demolished in 2016. The replacement building was directly inspired by rennaissance italian architecture and employed italian artists. It was finished in December of 2017.
