The Radisson Hotel, a twenty nine-storey building stacked above a nine level parking garage is an example of the adoption of Brutalist aesthetics for commercial high-rise construction. Based on the model of Le Corbusier’s Unité d'Habitation in Marseille the building integrates a whole “city” of different usages in one tower. The façade plays with different plastic qualities of exposed concrete.

In use. The theatres in the ground floor were closed in 1999. Renovations in 1971 and the 1990s.
