The FATA Headquarters is an imposing bridge on three pairs of massive pillars. Its heavy two-storied arches, cut inside the long, flying concrete bar, form a brutalist building that, despite it’s not one of Oscar Niemeyer’s most well-known buildings, demonstrates an extreme creative modernity.
