Former shortwave radio transmitter. The main building is named 'Building A', 'The Cathedral' or sometimes 'The Sphynx', and shows monumental shapes in exposed concrete with an rhethoric quality that creates the impression of a recognizable landmark. This very early concrete building can be seen as a forerunner of Brutalism.

Once a transmitter station, the complex is not any longer used for this purpose since 2004. Today, it is used as venue and scenery for several cultural events and productions.

Officially appointed as a monument.
