This residential building, influenced by Hugh Wilson's Cumbernauld Town Centre, is with all its external pedestrian passages that assure the access to each apartment and connect the floors without any internal loss of space a huge complex and interesting megastructure. Colorful geometric elements contrast with the gray exposed concrete and give the building its distinctive appearance.

In use. It is, again today, a modern apartment building with the concrete structure in very good condition (last updated on February 15, 2026).
