The structure consisted of dramatically staggered, horizontally cantilevered volumes that unfolded like a comb from a central spine, creating a complex, branching floor plan. The polygonal exposed concrete modules, deep shadow gaps and expressive cantilevers gave the building a large sculptural presence.

Demolished in 2021. There was a petition trying to save the building (last updated on February 19, 2025).
