Jean-Raphaël Hebrard / Jean Percillier / André Grésy: VVF Residence, 1970

  • Anglet, France, Show on map
  • #Western Europe
  • Built in 1970, the Village Vacance Famille (VVF) in Anglet was created during the social tourism movement that began in the late 1950s. Inspired by ocean liners, the architects designed a vertical village with a curved floor plan mimicking the movement of the rock face. They integrated ship elements such as portholes and bridges.

  • In use. Special thanks to David Liaudet!
