Cast-in-place concrete with a steel frame and limestone facade. Named in 1988 after John William Bricker, former Governor of Ohio (1939-1945) and U.S. Senator (1947-1959).

Currently the building houses offices for the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Agriculture, Social Security Administration and U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown and is home to Robert Mangold's porcelain-enamel and steel painting
