  • The clubhouse is composed of three portions: The main building, north carpark and footbridge. The main building has seven storeys with a triangular plan layout for the centre massing. The main entrance exterior is finished in grey colour cement with 5cm wide groove lines forming 2m x 2m squares. It creates an illusion that the building is constructed by giant concrete panels. A flavour of Soviet Union constructivism is presented by a glass prism block in the centre creating a strong contrast with the grey solid wall. The south elevation of the clubhouse is formed by terraces which gives a pyramid form in contrast to the north elevation.

  • In use. Well-maintained façade, with minor alteration at the building entrance.
