The complex consists of the hall for the vehicles of the fire department, a large hall, as well as a peristyle, which connects the vehicle hall with an associated residential building. The ensemble also includes a large tower for drying hoses. All elements constructed are of high artistic quality with complex shell structures executed in in-situ concrete.

In danger of being demolished, no longer in original use since about 2022. The site is to be sold by the city, which will most likely result in demolition due to the lack of historic preservation (last updated on October 23, 2023).
