Currently undergoing/has undergone extensive renovation to be converted into a DoubleTree by Hilton. The DoubleTree is scheduled to open in October 2026. According to city records, renovation work for the conversion has been completed. There is no reliable published information on whether the brutalist character of the exposed concrete façade has been removed or completely clad (last updated on 16 February 2026).
