The building complex consists of three interconnected buildings of different heights. The strictly structured facade is composed of horizontal precast concrete elements which emphasize the horizontal effect of the complex. Walter Brune's revolutionary idea of placing the supporting columns outside to create more space inside proved to be successful and the building was declared a listed building.
